Climates in the United States vary so much that depending on where you live determines how severe that particular climate season will be for you. For example, the northern states have to deal with extreme cold temperatures and snow. They have to pretty much deal with harsh winter temperatures for longer periods of time. In the southern states there is no snow and winter isn't as long or as bad, but the summertime in the south is bad enough to make you question does cool air still exist. It's so hot some days in southern states that you can probably fry bacon in a skillet in the middle of the street! Regardless of what state you live in, you have to know which season will be the most harsh depending on the climate of your particular state’s location. If you live up North, then always dress warm throughout the winter months and make sure that your heating appliances always are properly functioning. If you live down South, make sure that you dress cool often throughout the harsh summer months and stay hydrated. Also make sure that your HVAC and cooling systems are functioning properly in your home and inside of your vehicle! Either way you should be able to properly adapt to your climate and make it through it successfully. Most people don't know how to prepare for their particular climate and that's why their health is always bad or they always end up sick. You have to be mentally prepared to endure many climates, and that's what most people don't realize!
