During the evenings, I am a busy and full time college student. I attend night classes, because I have to work full-time as well. During the day, I work for a distribution warehouse. We deliver parts to area businesses all day long. Most of our warehouse is full of HVAC parts, but we also carry plumbing supplies. Some times of the year are busier than others, but this time is usually not too bad. It’s spring, and the birds are singing and the flowers are blooming. Unfortunately, I still get a few people that want me to rush around for no reason. Last Monday, I was delivering some space heaters to a home improvement store. I had five different makes and models, and a total of 50 boxes to deliver. I walked into the Home Improvement store, and received a disgusted look from the cashier upfront. She sneered and said the delivery people were supposed to go around the back. I apologize for the confusion, and promptly left the store. I drove my truck around the back, where I found the delivery entrance. I unloaded all of the space heaters, while I waited for someone to open the shipping doors. I waited and waited, but no one ever came to accept the space heaters. Finally, I decided to walk around the front of the store. The receptionist tried to stop me, but I walked right up to a manager. I told him I was there with the shipment of space heaters, and he took care of the rest. I also told him about the sales representative with the horrible customer service.
