The first time I honestly had to talk in front of my peers, I was in the fifth grade. The people I was with plus myself were tasked with describing how to do a task or make something. The people I was with plus myself chose to do our public speaking project on how to make Rice Krispie treats. The people I was with us myself for honestly very nervous on the day of our speech, plus I ended up spending half of the class, in the bathroom throwing up. Things never changed much when I got into college either, because I still had the same type of fears with speaking in public. Unfortunately, I was required to take to public speaking classes in order to fulfill my degree requirements. The people I was with plus myself we’re happy that the instructor told us a couple of things to help with public speaking problems. I would always find myself on a slate nervous plus profusely sweating through my jacket and shirt. The people plus myself found some interesting ways to cope with public speaking stress. One great tip, was turning down the cooling unit so the interior temperatures are quite cold. If the interior temperatures are quite cold due to the cooling unit, most people will actually be very still. The people I was with plus myself would not have very much sweat either, because of using the cooling unit Most of the time, I would stand in front of the cooling unit while honestly practicing what I was going to stay.
